Sustainability Policy

Sustainability is at the forefront of our minds and we have a strong eco-friendly ethos.

Textiles

Our cotton textiles are made using reactive inks which gives better rub and wash fastness and conforms to OEKO-TEX® standard 100 (meaning they contain no harmful chemicals).

All of our cotton textiles are ORGANIC Cotton (which means the Cotton has been produced without the use of pesticides or other harmful chemicals).

The Organic Cotton is unscoured, untreated and naturally formed which gives a beautiful natural fleck on the base of all of our textiles.

Our Linens are made from 100% European Flax and conform to OEKO-TEX® standard 100.

Placemats and coasters

Our placemats and coasters are made using a sustainably sourced eucalyptus base backed with hard-wearing cork. A fine matt melamine surface provides heat resistance up to 145°C (293°F) and is both scratch and stain resistant.

The cork is FSC certified and sustainably sourced, while the eucalyptus hardboard is 100% FSC and PEFC certified and 100% formaldehyde free. These products are designed to provide years of everyday use.

Fine Art Prints 

Our prints are produced as Giclée fine art prints using archival-quality, lightfast inks. Printed onto Premium Etching Cotton 320gsm Cream White paper, made from 100% cotton, they are designed to retain their quality for a lifetime.

Paper Goods

Our greetings cards and wrapping papers are produced using FSC certified cardstock sourced from responsibly managed forests. They are uncoated, fully recyclable and many are made using recycled materials.

Manufacture

Our products are manufactured within Europe, predominantly in Great Britain, helping to reduce transportation miles whilst supporting small, independent businesses. We carefully select manufacturing partners for their craftsmanship, expertise and thoughtful production methods, ensuring every product meets our standards for quality and durability.

To minimise waste, our products are produced in small batch runs.

Packaging

All packaging is sourced within Great Britain and is either 100% recyclable or compostable.
