Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all homeware, textiles and stationary orders the next working days unless stated as pre-order. We hold some prints in stock before they are made to order so please allow 1-10 working days before shipping for these products.

UK shipping

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 2nd class as Standard depending on the size of the order. Royal Mail estimate UK delivery in 2-3 business days on these services.

There is an option to upgrade delivery to Express which is Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 1st class depending on the size of the order. Royal Mail estimate UK delivery in 1-2 business days on these services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are also listed below for convenience;

Order value up to £2.99 - Standard £0.91, Express £1.80

Order value £3.00-£9.99 - Standard £2.85, Express £3.80

Order value £10.00-£99.99 - Standard £3.65, Express £4.65

Order value £100+ FREE Standard UK shipping

Prints (artwork) have slightly different shipping rates as follows;

Print order value up to £24.99 - Standard £2.85, Express £3.80

Print order value £25.00-£99.99 - Standard £5.55, Express £6.55

International shipping

We ship textiles and coasters internationally to the following countries via the Royal Mail Tracked service; Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for all VAT, import duties and local taxes.

We're sad to say that from December 2024 we will no longer be selling to the EU, EEU and NI due to the EU’s General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) coming into effect. Once we have some clarity regarding the regulation, we hope to open up shipping to these regions once again. Thank you for your valued custom.
