Refund policy

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please email info@catherinejanedesigns.co.uk in the first instance.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You may request a refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods by emailing info@catherinejanedesigns.co.uk to arrange. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a saleable condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
